Teamwork training in integrative medicine

For interprofessional collaboration in hospitals

Start of next course: December 2026

The Integrative Medicine Teamwork Training is a structured program based on two modules designed to provide healthcare professionals with comprehensive training for inpatient work in this evolving field.

What does it take for integrative medicine to succeed in hospitals - and for patients to really benefit from complementary medicine approaches?

At the heart of this training program is the "therapeutic loop", a structured process for interprofessional collaboration in everyday inpatient clinical practice. It enables teams to combine their perspectives in order to gain a common understanding of the patient and, based on this, to develop a therapy concept that integrates the best therapeutic options of all those involved. The aim is to increase the patient's level of health through small, concrete therapeutic steps - together, consciously and comprehensibly.
